Hello boys & girls, how you all doing?
So with the festivities over (just New Years to get through .... Boooom!) I thought it was time to get back to basics & enduldge in a healthier lifestyle instead of chocolate.
Now as a naturally sedidentary individual, excerise is a real effort, I've struggled (like most) with my weight all my life!! I've previous it lost 12 stone which is probably my greatest achievement and managed to maintain for a good while
