I've been on here for 100 days so far and I can't really say that I've lost a lot. I don't really eat so healthy but I manage to stay in my calorie intake range.
I just found out in a month I'm going away on vacation and I'd like to lose whatever weight I can in the healthiest way possible.
I understand to drink a lot of water, exercise, and eat healthy. But are there any other little tips you can give me? Sadly I'm not the most motivational person but I'm hoping I can get something out of this!

Are you using a food scale to measure your solid foods? If not, you may be eating more calories than you think.0
