Biggest Loser Challenge - MPF Edition

BIGGEST LOSER CHALLENGE - MFP* EDITION

Hello there!
I'm going to be hosting a Biggest Loser Challenge here. We'll be starting July 1st (which is only 4 days away!)
Our weigh-in day is Friday, weekly. Quick outline for challenge:

1. “HAVE FUN”, Eat healthy, and exercise.

2. The first weigh in will be on Monday, July 1st.

3. The final weigh in will be on Tuesday, October 1st (ALL weigh-ins MUST be posted by 6pm CST)

4. Weigh-in’s will occur every Friday and must be posted by 6pm CST.

5. You can Join at any time during the first three weeks (but the longer you wait the harder it will be to win)

6. If you miss more than 3 weigh-ins, you will be disqualified.

7. Teams will be made in the event that we have an outpouring of joiners! (In which case, team rules will be disclosed separately)
