I had a recent heart transplant and I am new to fitness and healthy eating. Anyone around looking for someone to chat with so we can keep each other on target, let me know. Putting together a support system since my local friends and family have no intention of changing their habits because of me. Just looking for like minded people to chat with from time to time for a little support and motivation...
