Not hungry enough to meet calorie goal

Hi, guys!
Today is my first day tracking what I eat and I've done well and had all healthy foods and no soda or junk today!
The issue is that I've only had 700 calories today when I need to meet 1,320.
I usually would eat far more than 1,320 (junk food and high calorie foods) when I wasn't counting (which is why I gained a lot of weight).
I don't want to ruin my metabolism even further (I used to have an eating disorder so it's a bit whack as a result).
I'm not hungry is the issue. Maybe my body isn't used to being full with real foods?
What should I do to make sure I meet the calorie goal?

One day under won't ruin your metabolism. Over the long run, if you continue, you do run the risk of losing a lot of lean muscle and causing other health problems (which you may have had before).
You can add things in from this list, or even a bit of "junk food" to help out. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10142490/a-list-of-calorie-dense-foods0 -

Thank you so much!!! Such a helpful response.0 -
Go buy some peanut butter and some ritz crackers and eat them before bed time with a glass of whole milk. Be aware that this place can be harmful to people with eating disorders/anorexia/bulemia. Be careful !!!0

I noticed this is pretty common with a lot of new "dieters", the not eating enough to meet their caloric goal. But then it's only been 1 day for you.
Also, if you aren't using a food scale to weigh/measure all food and drinks you could be eating a lot more than you think. You really should take a look at the getting started stickies in this forum to educate yourself on realistic sustainable weight loss.

It's called the new dieters honeymoon period. This problem rarely ever lasts too long.0

I am using a food scale and eating the correct portions.
I've read the stickies.
I'm just not eating enough foods throughout the day would be my guess.0 -

I appreciate the advice and concern!
I'm lucky that my bout with my eating disorder was a long time ago.
I will be careful anyways.0 -

Yes yes yes. Make sure you weigh everything.
1 day won't make you thin just like one day won't make you fat.0
