I own the following technology, how should I be tracking my exercise with least amount of admin effort. Ideally this means only one button to start/stop exercise tracking and automatic synchronization to MFP. All exercise I do is low impact so I'm not running any marathon obstacle courses here lol.

Apple Watch (with HRM)
Apple 6s
MFP - steps turned on
