Hello everyone,
My name is Gianna, and I'm from San Jose, Ca. I have been using MFP for 20 days as of yesterday. Currently since using the app, I have lost 9lbs. Current lost from original 300 start weight is 12 lbs. I have a long way to go, but am so amped to do it.

I am looking to lose the fat, build some muscle in it's place, but overall to feel healthier. I have the support of my mom and my husband, so much that they have me check what the meal content was that we all enjoyed.

My family has been known to have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and has a predisposition to diabetes. I want to start kicking these 3 in the butt while I can, before it gets to any of those points. Not to mention I plan on having children in the next 5 years, and wouldn't want to be overweight when pregnant. Gestational diabetes.

If there is anyone who would like to be friends on MFP, I'm open to it. I'm an everyday user, and am a very supportive person. I'm also always looking for good feedback, and fresh ideas when it comes to staying motivated, and learning more about a more healthier lifestyle.

    Thank you. I agree, it seems I can do anything if I keep backing it up with positive thoughts and reinforcement.
    Not to mention it is only the begining. :p
