Losing weight all at once?

Today I weigh 147... A month ago I was 155, when I got back on the wagon. I dropped to 152 in the first few days (water weight), then hovered, then in the last week I've dropped almost 5 lbs... I haven't done anything different this past week. It just seems like my results are suddenly catching up with my efforts.

Does anyone else lose this way? Where you sort of float for a few weeks then lose a ton all at once...
