I have been a fad dieter forever...but I have stuck at the same weight for years. I need motivation....my target is 35lbs off

My plan is to do 2 fast days a week and limit myself to 1900 cals 4 days and have 1 treat day.

I need to exercise more too!

I would love to buddy up with a few people to motivate each other???

I have made a progress chart too...I have never been more desperate to lose this weight.

5 weddings this summer and sick of being the fat one with my friends!
