Is it possible to share recipies with friends?

Hey guys!
I started entering my recipes to myfitnesspal with all nutritional value. I am wondering is it possible for my friends to see those recipes? And where do I set it up?

    I forgot to say that I do share my recipes on blog as well, but I'm not quite sure if there is a direct link to it.

    Unfortunately not, if your diary is open your friends can copy the entry for your recipe but can't see the ingredient list or anything. Best to keep putting them on your blog.

    You can set your notification settings to post an update to your news feed any time you post a new blog.
