Hello,
I have been a yo-yo dieter for 20 years now. I know what it takes to get in shape, I have just found every excuse in the book to not do so. I would lose 50 lbs, feel great, then just regain it back quicker than I lost it. Now I have a 5 year old and I can't keep up and it's painful for me.
I am gonna take this one slow and log my process to hope for maximum accountability.
Let the fun begin,
Ryan
