Hi,

I'm new to the group, but not new to MFP.
I joined sometime last year, going from 168 to 150 pounds. My ideal weight was 145, but I am quite content where I am. However, I'm trying to focus more on toning lately.

I do cardio and lift weights at the gym, but most toning/strength training I do at home, so any advice for at home workouts would be helpful :)
