Well...here I go again!

Much like many of the post here, I'm back after a long (about a year) hiatus from this site, this app, and weight loss in general. I've decided that 2016 will be devoted to getting healthy for me. I'm currently at 220 lbs. and want to drop to 185 initially. I think I'll eventually want to be below that, but I think 185 is a realistic goal to set.

Anyway...if anyone wants to add me, feel free. We can embark on this journey together and help each other out.
