Chest

Hey guys any of you weight lifters out there or Bodybuilders no a good chest routine? Also does anyone workout the same body part more than once a week? I've been doing a 4 day split and that's only one body part per week.

    look into PHUL it is a four day upper/lower routine

    The best chest routine I've personally tried is Arnold's Blueprint (just google that). It KILLS your chest. As far as same body part more than once a week, I have been squatting everyday now for 86 days now and frequently use a push/pull/legs routine. My favorite PPL routine is from here (https://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/6-day-powerbuilding-split-meal-plan) I usually throw a day off in the middle of the 3 day splits.
