I'm 70 and am working to take it to another level. Would enjoy exchanging ideas with similar minded people.

I've just started meditating in the hope that once my body and mind are more in tune, my weight loss/ fitness regime will become second nature!

Meditation can be frustrating. Thoughts keep invading, and at least for me, I don't notice much of a difference in my mental state. But I keep trying. At worst, it's a quiet and relaxing exercise.

I don't know if it's "next level", but I discovered "Chair Volleyball" for seniors. We have regulars ranging in age between 50 and eighty-four. There are even leagues and tournaments in this area. I just enjoy the exercise and laughs twice a week. It's good fun! If you can't find teams in your area, you could start a league yourself. You can get the rules and instructions for making a net here: http://www.debbiharper.com/chair_volleyball/

also, I just bought league-size beach balls here: http://www.beachballs.com/20-inch-champion-beach-balls-inflated-diameter-14in-35cm.asp

    Have fun!
