Hey folks! I've been on this roller coaster the better part of 10 years now. I basically would starve myself with some fad diet to loose 10 lbs then gain back 15 more. I reached my heaviest point back in September and vowed to never be that weight again. I've since lost about 30 pounds and counting. I've educated myself on nutrition and active living to feel better than I have in long time.

I'll admit some days I just want to order a pizza and wash it down with BBQ'd ribs because it seems so hard to eat better but I push forward. This time around I haven't been using some fad diet, a "miracle" pill, or some workout that would be better suited for people half my weight. I've just practiced moderation and some lifestyle changes. I've completely went back to basics. I don't even have gym membership anymore. I did buy an elliptical for my home though. Eventually I'll reincorporate weightlifting routine again but i haven't hit that milestone yet.

I'd love to share our struggles as well as our triumphs if you are truly committed to changing your life. I've fallen off many times before so I know this will be a lifelong process for me. Anyone else game?

Feel free to add me! Let's make this fun and encouraging together!

P.S. I hate my profile pic but I'm not changing until it until I hit 50 pounds lost. Sort of a motivation factor for me. :)
