Updated You are your own Gym app

I bought the YAYOG app a couple of years ago, and used it for a couple of months. I'm trying again now, and the first week's exercises have changed from ladders to six times sets. Am I mistaken, or they expecting me to do 6 sets of 12 push-ups as a first exercise? Even if I just go to failure the 2 sets are zeros. Thanks for your help
