I just got a Fitbit charge and I'm not sure whether I should be logging in excercise still or not since it tracks my calories burned and takes my HR? Will it double count if I log excercise that's not necessarily aerobic but still should be giving me a calorie burn? I do P90x workouts and the Fitbit doesn't recognize it as an aerobic workout because my HR isn't elevated for a sustained period it's more sporadic burst due to weight training. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I have Fitbit hr too. I let it do all the exercise calories, granted it so much less than the exercise calories they give you on MFP. I usually only get around 250 for doing 10,000 steps. Which is about 85 mins straight doing 4.25 miles. Someone else did almost the exact same & log their's and got 725 exercise calories. Fitbit takes into a count: your height, weight, age, and heart rate, so I would stick with that

What she said! I let FitBit synch it to MFP and have found it to be the most accurate, and after researching how Fitbit tracks, it makes sense.
