I am trying to get back into exercising and diet after having back surgery. Just looking for a motivational group

    Hello I had back the fusion surgery on 5/5 and would love to know how you got back into shape. Right now my medication have my weight up an down like a roller coaster. Need help!! Would love some motivation!!

    I had back surgery 3 days ago...I can hardly wait to get back at my walks. biking, weights, etc. I was basically in a chair for a month before and now will be on restrictions for 6-8 weeks.
