Hi!!! I am a mother of 3 and at the biggest I've ever been (180 lbs) I am absolutely disgusted with the way I look but it's so hard to stay on track with diet and exercise because I am surrounded by junk food all day (my husband has HORRIBLE eating habits) and it's hard to find time to work out around the kids. I also don't have a gym membership and am finding it difficult to know what to do at home. Any advice, motivation, inspiration would be greatly appreciated

    Hi, I work out at home, if you have an xbox gold membership, they have some great fitness workouts. I just got kettlebells for christmas too. Losing isn't all about working out, its mostly about portion control. That has been very hard for me, but i am working through it. You can do this, add some MFP friends to help you. My MFP friends and the community message boards are inspiring for me. :)
