Logging a workout video

Do you have to break the video down or just forget about it!? I don't want inaccurate calorie burning.

I would log it depending on the activity, e.g. 'aerobics' or 'yoga' etc. But, as always, you want to take the MFP calorie burn with a pinch of salt, and assume it has over-estimated your burn anyway.

Calorie burns provided by MFP are rough estimates. They can be very generous.

Let's say your cardio workout was 45 minutes.....including a 5 minute warm-up & a 5 cool down. People will shave off 15 or so minutes to reduce the over-estimation.

Yeah. Thanks guys. I think I'll just add an exercise note so I know what I did for the day
