Hi. I am looking to lose 2 lbs a week. I have 40 lbs to go. That's 20 weeks to stay engaged. Looking for others who made up their minds that they are in charge of their health...its mind over matter.need the support and motivation from you as well to keep me honest and charged up.

    Your goal is probably a bit over zealous. If you're not 200lbs or more, 2lbs a week isn't going to be sustainable as your weight reduces.
    A 160lb female with a 2200 TDEE would only eat 1200 calories a day to "try" to achieve that. So if TDEE is less than that, it's borders on too low of calorie intake.
