Hi! My name is Mandie:) my boyfriend/baby daddy (hehe) are working on getting fit so that we can look great and build stamina to keep up with our little guy, milos. In 21 and he's 27, our baby boy is almost 5 months. We've been doing an alternation between Jillian michaela workout vids, usually 30 day shred, the kickboxing, and, the an workouts. We alternate daily, an we were doing five days but I think we're going to start doing a sixth day and working in yoga and the metabolism boost DVD.
