Hello everyone,
At the start of this year I lost around 17 lbs. I wanted to lose more but then my college's freshmen year got started. My college is in another city. I got so occupied with my academics I didn't think while eating this is healthy or not. I ate at odd times. It was difficult to weigh food and eat proper while managing academics and hostel life. The end result is I didn't gain weight but I do think so my fat and musle proportion has changed. My body looks weird. I use to walk 5 km daily before college. I didn't have time to exercise in college. What should I do now. My main focus is to just change the shape. I am happy with my weight.

Lift heavy. Try a program like Stronglifts 5X5. You can check it out and download the app at stronglifts.com.

Resistance training. Whether lifting heavy weights or light weights or bodyweight or using bands, these all will work to build muscle and burn fat with proper diet and regularity.

You need to make the time to exercise. Figure it out because there's no other solution. Your college might even have facilities you can use.
