New to this need some motivation

I want to go from 10 stone to 8 but always seem to give up can't handle dieting and exercising

    Instead of "dieting" eat in a way that is sustainable for the long term. For me, that means eating all foods in moderation. I haven't given up a single food or restricted myself. I just eat all of my normal food within my calorie goal. As for exercising, it shouldn't feel like a chore. If it feels like a chore then it isn't the right exercise for you. Do the things that interest you and are fun.

    Thank you it dosent feel like chore I just don't have the time as I work nights 5 nights a week I am exhausted and haven't got motivation
