Hi!
I played Zumba Fitness Core on the Xbox 360 today for the first time and burned 627 calories doing a 45 minute class according to the game. However, my watch said I only burned 329 calories.
Which one should I go with?
Thanks!

Your watch.
If this is your main form of exercise you can monitor your CICO against your weekly loss and extrapolate your true burn.

Your watch. Those games can't read your heart rate.0

Thanks! This may be a silly question, but why are the calories burnt so high on fitness games? Is it because they're estimations and aren't taking into account body type and other factors?0
