2016 Gameplan is pretty simple: clean up the diet (less than 5% daily calories from junk food) and go from 68kg down to 60kg.

The challenge is in the execution. For me it really comes down to controlling my junk food and emotional, especially boredom, eating. These last 10-15 lbs have plagued me for a long time now and I'm ready to finish them off and move from a 'passably healthy' to extremely healthy lifestyle. And ride bikes up mountains really fast :smile:

    Hah yes it's quiet fun! For me there is something ridiculously satisfying about riding up mountains as fast as I can...and then as a bonus you get to bomb back down hill at 40+ mph and pass cars :)
