Hey! So I went a tiny bit overboard for holidays... I was gonna wait until January to start back up, but I started today! I really want to lose weight and tone.. I need lots of help! I've gotten some great ideas, but need more. Like specifics on meal prep, workouts, and need encouragement! Also I have twin 16 month olds, so I must work around them and work out at home. Also can't do a lot of ab work due to severe ab separation (twin pregnancy- I was gigantic!)..dr said so..:( thanks in advance and Happy New Year!!

    Work it into your life with kids...double stroller walking is great. Exercise videos with kids. You are probably making a meal for yourself already unless kids eat what you do, so it shouldn't be too hard to mamage your meals... just go for it
