Sensitive teeth?

I've gotten off sugar and have been drinking milk and water strictly but I'm noticing my teeth are really sensitive to cold foods? Anyone else run into this problem? Could just be a cavity I know it's just weird lol

See a dentist. Different food have nothing to do with it.

Could it be that you are cutting your calories so much that you are becoming deficient in some nutrient like Vitamin D or B vitamins? Very low calorie diets can be dangerous.

A dentist would be the best person to consult on this.

I also recommend the dentist... and my dentist recommends sensodyne for everyone, not just those with sensitive teeth.

*Edited because apparently I'm unable to spell dentist.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I floss everyday and since using sensodyne the problem has eradicated.
