Hello, I've been lurking in the background for a long time now, as I am someone who works from home with my own health and wellness business my shape does not reflect this! So I am going to get fit and healthy and be a great role model for my business and inspire others to make a change also, I am looking for friends to help motivate each other and succeed at this, I do have around 6 stone to lose , friends welcome as I embark on this life changing journey. I've taken my before pic and measurements and I'm ready to get started. Good luck everyone xx

    hey there, add me :smiley: I have about 3.5 stone to lose. managed to get 10lbs off in December - amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it!
