As in stop eliminating all the fat from your diet. You need fat in your diet to be healthy...fat is essential, and fat does not make you fat.
Fat is necessary for nutrition absorption, including certain fat soluble vitamins like A, D, E, and K which cannot be absorbed by your body in the absence of dietary fat. Fat also helps to regulate hormones as well as body temperature and plays a vital role in proper organ function, including your brain. Fats are also necessary for good heart health where a number of studies show that individuals who follow low fat/no fat diets are actually at higher risk for heart disease.
So stop fat shaming and eat your fat....

I do love fat! Guacamole! Ice cream! Cheese! Just not at the same time.0

If you are burning body fat you are essentially consuming saturated fat. Your body doesn't care if it is coming from your diet or being pulled from your fat stores, it uses it the same.

That is the universally recognized fat across all health viewpoints as being very bad for you.

Those are more carbs and sugar then fat. At least poptarts are. Most icecream isn't much better but sure is a nice indulgence.0 -
It's true! There are good fats and bad fats. It's all th processed chemical crap and gmo stuff that's making us fat, not fats.0

I cannot imagine eating a fat-free diet. I would rather be overweight. Pass the cheese! And the olive oil! And the avocado! And the BUTTER!0 -
