best to stick to one program, or combine them?

Is it best to stick to one program, like say to do the 30 day shred for 30 days in a row and nothing else, or is it better to mix it up.. like one day an abs video, the next buns and thighs, etc. ???

For cardio workouts like 30DS it doesn't really matter. For strength/lifting programs, you should stick with one for at least a couple of months. If you're doing different videos for different body parts (cardio? bodyweight strength? bot sure what you're describing) it's ok to do a different body part each day, but I'd sort of stick with a general program/routine to see strength/endurance gains.0
