20lbs BY EASTER!

Join our group on MFP for added motivation, our goal is to loose somewhere around 20lbs by Easter! We will have challenges and things to keep you motivated throughout the weeks. We just finished our 20lbs by New Years challenge and lost a bunch so now the team wants to keep going :) We can do this! Join even if you have no weight to loose, the more people involved, the more motivation we can spread to others

And for those of you that don't already know, Easter is Sunday, March 27

    The Challenges are just for fun to try to get people to push themselves, they are not required a lot of people just join for the moral support and encouragement. When you see everyone posting their activity and losses each week it encourages you to push yourself harder i think. Im competitive by nature so thats what I get out of it, when I see people do more than me it helps me step up my game :) If there is something specific you would like us to try just let us know
