Back on board!

Here I go again, another year, another Lifestyle upheaval! I lost a lot of weight last year and then became pregnant with my third child. I didn't put on a lot of weight with the pregnancy, but due to other stresses after she arrived and crazy sleep deprivation, I have put on 10 kgs after, on top of already being overweight! I am back here to once and for all eradicate bad habits and lose all of this fat. I would love support and to hear about your journeys, successes and any delicious recipes that have helped curve a sweet tooth. Here I go.....
