Waist of time. Don't fall for gimmicks like this and spend your hard earned money trying to achieve whomever's celebrity body you idolize. All they do is squish your fat into your body.

There are corsets made for exercise. Usually it's easier to just take it off to work out. If you're doing it for fashion purposes or because you like the shape, then there's nothing wrong with wearing them out for errands. But corseting is not a replacement for proper nutrition and exercise.0

Nope, just do 5 seconds of pulling in your stomach and 5 seconds out throughout the day to work your core. :]

I reallyyyyy highly believe they sould be used at all, heres a link to a fitness trainer that used it to try and was verrrrrry disappointed by it to say the least.
