Hi all,
I am back!! I started using this site years a go and have had great success with losing weight. However I got lazy with food and the weight has crept back on. I found a passion in lifting heavy weights though, and I have kept this up for near 2 years now. Unfortunately, all the lovely muscle is covered in copious amounts of fat. My aims are to start tracking my food again and lose 0.5lbs a week until I am happy with the way I look. I don't have a target weight in mind, but just want to feel comfortable again :). O and I also want to see if I have some abs under the flabs ;). I will be eating a fair amount, so non of this mega low calorie nonsense!!
I love to cycle (cycle to work every day) and hike (hence my pic) and I love being a giant nerd!!
So If you think we will get on then add me :):) Looking to get some new friends, of any gender, backgrounds, goals ect. I am also thinking about doing some kind of video log, which is so scary for me, but I really want to give it a shot. So come along for the ride and to give and get support :).
