Hi (again) any graveyard shift people out there??

Hi! I've been using this website off and on for several years, and I'm back! Looking my for new friends. Down to 171 now from 240 when I first started and looking to loss another 20. I am a nurse and work 3-4 days a week 7pm-730am. I find it can be tough to stay within my calorie goal because of my schedule, I did not have as much of an issue before going to nights.What do other midnighters do to control their eating habits?
