On The Right Track But Looking To Keep Momentum Through 2016

I started MFP in October. Between that, Endomondo, and HabitRPG, I have discovered that I seem to be motivated into better habits (and that includes calories) using technology. I've been lurking since October and since I've already lost 17 pounds, I figured I'd reach out and try the group-motivation approach.

I regularly bike to work and since October I have been doing 10 minutes of Cross-fit every lunch at work. I also regularly eat... and cook... and at this time of year...bake. In keeping with the honesty, I also really enjoy craft beers. Over the past 3 months I've learned that I am going fall of the wagon from time to time (with respect to calorie intake). But, I'm logging every day and I've lost 17 pounds - so following the wagon analogy - I must be on it enough that I'm still on the road. :)

I'm okay with that because I'm getting there.

I'm looking to meet some folks on here that share a similar philosophy.

It might take me a year or more to get where I want to be - but even when I get there, I think I'll still keep up with this because it does seem to work for me.
