It depends on what your goals are. Different goals have different programs.0

the best program are the one you love and actually will stay accountable to. If you hate your workout, you are most likely to drop off the wagon soon enough.
Everyone different, each program as different rythm and goals. Some programs are more dancy, some more about bodyweight exercice, some require weights,etc...0 -
Like the other posters said, it depends on your goals and what will keep you interested enough to keep working out. I'm really loving TurboFire (intense cardio/HIIT) with some ChaLean Extreme mixed in for strength training. I workout at home and do best with a program that has a variety of classes, a schedule, an upbeat instructor and an exercise that is fun, challenging & that I look forward to doing everyday. Oh and something that gives me results that I can feel (endurance, strength etc) and see (weight & inches lost). I'm currently dropping 6 inches a week and am 5 weeks in. My weight loss is slow due to health issues but I've lost 5 pounds, 2 shirt sizes and 1 jeans size. My endurance has increased substantially and I have definition in my arms.
If you're looking for an at home workout program, look up YouTube videos of the different programs out there and see what interests you. Beachbody.com has a lot of popular 90-120 day programs like TurboFire, ChaLean Extreme, Insanity, P90X and gives you access to teambeachbody.com with their programs where you can connect with people doinf the same program, track workouts, and will be assigned a coach for motivation and support (sone are better than others though and you can switch to a new coach). Some other popular programs/trainers are Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, Tracy Anderson (I found her boring) & Zumba (super fun). What are your goals & what activities do you like to do?
Good luck! I hope you find a program you like!0 -
