So this is my 2nd time on mfp. I think 2016 will be my last year i get to be fat. Right now I'm trying weight watchers but it has not been a success . They say your to lose up to a pound/2 pounds a week and i haven't. Albeit I've probably not followed it right, but I don't think its for me. So I'm canceling it. And I'm going to go hardcore with my nutrition using mfp. Join me if you'd like, friends make it easier I've learned.
