calorie counting a smoothie?

I make smoothies for my whole family--so many veggies, fruits, etc--do I add "2 cucumbers" into my diary, even though I didn't personally drink 2 cucumbers?? When it comes to seeds, they have a lot of calories but I don't personally drink the two tablespoons that I put in the blender, so I don't like adding that into my diary...

Maybe make mine separate, even if bothersome?

Put the whole thing in the recipe builder, then log your portion.

What about treating it like a recipe where you make the batch for the family, determine the final weight or volume of the whole recipe and them log whatever proportion you consume (e.g., if the full recipe yields 4 cups and you consume 1 cup, you'd log 1/4 of 2 cucumbers--or 1/2 a cucumber.)

This is what I would do. Once it's in the recipe builder, next time you make it, you can change the quantity of any items which are different.

Yes to both. I frequently modify, tweak, alter my recipes because I want to or because of what's handy to put in it.

Whenever I make one pot meals or something like that for the whole family, I log everything into the recipe builder. I weigh everything, then divide it into however many portions I need. Then I can say how many portions the recipe is, and the recipe builder will give me the calories per portion.
