Hi!
So like many of us, I'm making January 1st the start of my drive to become healthier. I had a stressful 2015 and I'm sick of feeling like crap! I have used MFP in the past and I really like how it is set up. I feel that it can work really well for me as long as I don't get in my own way! I am also making sure I do not set unrealistic goals for myself. I want to lose weight and feel better about myself. I am also going on a cruise to the Bahamas in April! I haven't use the community portion before so I'm hoping that will be a difference maker this time around!
