I'm 105kgs and my goal is to get to 85Kgs. It's telling me to have 2400 cals a day with 300g carbs 80g Fat 120g Protein.
Should i go with that or would i need to eat less?

If you've input all your data and whether you want to lose 1 or 2 pounds per week, you should eat the calories and more if you're exercising a lot. Your body needs fuel and eating less actually backfires on you.0

that should work if you told it the truth. You can probably go lower by dialling in a faster weight loss rate initially.

Id say try it and see how your body response. I was working out pretty hard and around that same caloric deficit and cut 40-45 lbs in 4-5 months. I wouldn't expect to see mush in the way of strength gains.0
