Hey guys! I bought some of this stuff wanting to make some kind of pasta or rice dish with it. I'm on a 400 cal allowance per meal so I'm just wondering if anyone can share any meals (other than spaghetti haha) that I can use this in that would be good? I've never used it before but want to try it out. :)

Chili and shepherd's pie come to mind as well as tacos, stuffed peppers, zucchini boats, stuffed portobellos, stuffed eggplant, stuffed spaghetti squash. Anything that has loose ground meat as a base would work (so not burgers, etc).

I mix my meat layer with 8-16oz of chopped mushroom too, to cut calories, cost, and give us a little more nutrition.
