Not losing

So, I am wondering, I have my profile set as sedentary because I have a desk job, I'm wondering if I should change that to lightly active because yes I sit while I'm doing my job, but I walk 15 minutes twice a day and then another 1/2 hour once a day while at work, then I come home and do more exercises. As I stated earlier, I think, my calorie intake is only at 1200, so i am wondering if I am eating enough or losing weight to fast. I have it set at 1lb/week. I weigh, well now at 162.6, started out at 172 something or the other, and my goal is 145 for now.0

You're only 3 weeks into it ... This kind of post is too soon. Plus, just weigh yourself once a week. Every day is too much and completely unhelpful as there's natural weight fluctuations. For example, you may ahem, are holding more one day in your intestines, colon et al. Just saying.0

Keep your activity at sedentary. You Fitbit and MFP will give you more calories based on your activity level. I have to get to about 5000 steps before I start seeing extra calories. Then eat back only about 50% of those exercise calories.0

well, I played around with my goals a bit, and since I have less than 20 pounds to lose, I changed my goal setting from 1 lb/week to .5 lb/week, now my calorie intake went up 220. So I was at 1200 at 1/lb/week now at 1420 at .5/lb/week. I'll play around with .5 and see what happens. Least I can eat more now.0
