Good morning everyone! My name is Tatajana, I am 24 years old and have currently lost 121.9 pounds over the last 2 years. This year my goal is to lose between 20 to 35 pounds. This is the remainder of the weight left to be in a healthy normal BMI. I am looking for friends to motivate and keep my motivated, maybe chit-chat sometimes. The last two years I have lost the weight purely on eating healthier foods, eating less, and cardio. I am wanting to start strength training/weight training this year and be more open to different exercises. My starting weight was 275.7 lbs. and my current weight is 153.8 lbs.
