Well I've been lifting for roughly 3 years, and haven't really taken the aspect of food seriously. Like never watched what I ate. Just decided I want to kick it into gear I downloaded the app and like watching what I eat.
I'm currently 215lbs, but would like to be in the 225 someday with a good definition.
Had a small back injury so it's been a couple months since I have been able to hammer stuff out, but look forward to being back in the gym and watching what I eat. It's kind of like a game to me, I enjoy it

Welcome! I used to be pretty big into lifting a few years ago when I got motivated and lost a ton of weight. Then I also had a back injury that limited what I could lift. Stuff happened, blah blah blah, and now I am back at my incredibly high weight.
Good luck in your endeavor! Once you get to where you are trying to bulk and define I hear is when the going really gets tough.0
