Newbie to the message boards, not new to MFP!

I am a 45 year old mom and wife. I have had success in the past losing weight with good nutrition and exercise, but over the past two years I let circumstances control my eating and exercise habits and half of my weight has piled back on. I have tasted the benefits of being in shape and I am getting that back in 2016. I know that results don't come by accident so I am recommitting in 2016 to eat healthy, exercise, track my food and exercise and surround myself with like-minded individuals. I have 21 pounds of fat to lose! Accountability and motivation happen in groups and I want to be part of this community to support others and get the same support in return.
