Headed to the gym for the last time this year (haha). This is the first year that I actually weigh less then before the holidays started. That tends to me everyone's struggle. If we can make it through the toughest part of the year, the. The rest should be a breeze.
To everyone starting fresh or new to MFP, don't stress about the day to day numbers. Set yourself a long term and a few short term goals. I have seen people in the gym already going too hard too fast leaving them self open to injury and/or disappointment. Some days I go harder then others, but I let my body determine that, and as a result, i have seen good consistent progress.
