I've always been pretty fit and I've ran / lifted / cycled a couple times a week for years and I find nutrition interesting. I'm just trying to to drop a couple pounds and eat healthier. I've never religiously tracked my calories but I'm going to give it ago. I'm looking for buddies to share this journey with!

I'm 25, 5'7, and weigh 185 right now which doesn't look bad on me. Weight is so weird... I'm more comfortable around 165 - 170 so gonna try to slowly get back there!
